Currently the practice has eight highly experienced Chartered Structural Engineers, seven Structural Engineers, three fully qualified Structural Engineering Technicians and four Administrative Staff. In addition, external technical backup is used extensively to suit the demands of each individual project. The external personnel that work with the practice have a long-standing relationship with the in-house team, which allows good information and concept transfer and leads to dead lines being achieved even with increased workloads.
