Over the years we were involved in more than twenty projects for Schuh Ltd in a variety of places from Oxford Street, London to Inverness. This office and warehouse building is situated on the north west edge of Livingston. It is of contemporary design whilst giving the Client the storage capacity and office layouts that they specified. The new facility provides a large distribution warehouse with attached offices. The design required careful consideration of the architectural aspirations while keeping the overall project cost close to that expected for an industrial building. The structure is a mixture of steel portal frame and steel beam and column frame. There are extensive service yards for the manoeuvring of delivery trucks.
