James Lynch


James is a Structural and Civil Engineering Technician with experience working on a range of projects of all sizes. This experience includes the repair and refurbishment of historic buildings, new build houses and flatted developments, along with the associated civil engineering work. James produces engineering drawings using traditional CAD software and 3D modelling as required. He assists on site with survey work of the existing buildings and ground investigations. 

In 2021, James passed the EngTech Qualification and became a Technician member of the ICE.

Key Projects:

The Highland Cinema, Fort William - Redevelopment of the existing disused cinema building and site to create a new two-screen cinema with large café bar area overlooking Cameron Square. Value £3m.

Carse Hub, Inverness - Redevelopment of area along the canal, including walkways, a new café and outdoor hub.

Aldourie Castle - Restoration and extension to the castle, along with works to the wider estate.
