William Calder

Project Engineer - Edinburgh

William Calder is a Project Engineer, working on a range of structural and civil engineering projects. After graduating from Heriot Watt University, he did a work placement in Central America before studying a masters in Architectural Conservation. He joined David Narro Associates as a Graduate Engineer in 2015. William has a keen interest in conservation of historic buildings, architectural design and structural innovation.

- Saltoun Chambers, Aberdeenshire Council - Redevelopment and extension to the 19th century council chambers. Value £1.7m

- Beech Hill, Haddington - Renovation and extension of a large house in a rural setting in East Lothian. Value £1m.

- Shepherds, Lairg - Cluster of six precast concrete and timber flitch frame buildings, forming part of the wider Wildland projects. Value £8.3m.
