Ardoch Farm

Lorn Macneal Architects and David Narro Associates designed a new extension to the existing group of buildings at Ardoch Farm to create  a location for conferences, residential retreats and self-catering breaks.

This building was constructed in 2009/2010 on the footprint of a disused Dutch barn.  Sitting alongside more traditional former farm buildings, the new building has a contemporary feel with a mix of different textures and materials -  brick, stone, wood and steel.  The north-facing double-height space has panoramic views over Loch Lomond as does the covered terrace accessible from the dining room.
